30-day return window

You can return any SANAG Europe product within 30 days of receiving it, for any reason. This exceeds the 14-day minimum required by EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU).

Condition of returned items

To qualify for a full refund, items must be returned in the same condition you received them, with all original packaging and accessories. Products may be inspected on arrival.

How to start a return

1. Email sanageurope@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will reply within 1–2 business days with the return address and instructions.
3. Ship the item back using a tracked service.
4. Once we receive and inspect the product, we issue the refund.

Refund timing

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned product. Depending on your bank, funds may take a further 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.

Faulty or damaged items

If your product arrives faulty or is damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund — including any return shipping costs.

Warranty

All SANAG earphones are covered by the manufacturer warranty against defects for 12 months from delivery, in line with EU consumer protection standards. Reach us at sanageurope@gmail.com for warranty claims.
