Privacy Policy.

SANAG Europe is operated by Borshch & Wickert Consultoria LDA, based in Portugal. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

Checkout information: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number, and payment details (payment details are handled directly by our payment processors — we do not store card numbers).
Email sign-ups: email address if you subscribe to our newsletter.
Support enquiries: anything you send us via the contact form or by email.
Basic analytics: anonymised page views, device type and referral source to improve the site.

How we use your data

To process, ship and support your orders.
To send order updates and, if you opted in, marketing emails.
To comply with our legal obligations (tax, accounting, consumer protection).
To improve our products and website.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers we need to operate the store: our e-commerce platform, payment processors, shipping carriers and email tools. All are bound by data-processing agreements.

How long we keep it

Order data is retained for the period required by Portuguese tax law (10 years). Marketing subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Support emails are kept for up to 3 years.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, export or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent for marketing at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at sanageurope@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).
